Social Challenge of the Week

The Social Challenge for the Week: Love Anchors

What can you do in your home and work space to anchor yourself in love? Place items that remind you of the people and experiences you love around you in positions where you will see them first when you wake up or get to your office. Check-in with items to remind yourself of the power of love so you can carry this with you and lean towards it throughout the day. Bonus: Wear a love anchor everyday. It could be something you wear on your wrist or close to your heart.
