Backstory Behind Stephanie and Guest
In February of 2019, I received an email from Jen. I was pretty sure I wanted to meet her from our email exchange and knew for sure she would be coming on the show after speaking with her. Jen is an open book of hope. She is honest about what she knows and does not know. She does not concern herself with being “awesome or perfect.” Her focus is on being useful which keeps her in a relationship with learning that I admire. – Stephanie Michele
Social Challenge of the Week
The Social Challenge for the Week: 14 Days of Hope
What areas of your life have you not let the light of hope shine through? (relationships, work, home, health, faith, etc)
For the next 14 days, start the day by saying this statement out loud – Today I am hopefully about _________.
Record your answers in a journal and/or share them with a hope buddy who is taking the challenge with you. During the 14 day assignment, don’t concern yourself with the “how” just make the statement. After the 14 days, review how you feel and what your hope statements were, decide on at least three actions you can take towards the things you hoped for.
