Backstory Behind Stephanie and Guest

I have known about Ann and her work through Mark Fairfield and Steve Maher for a while now. Between leading workshops at the Radical Awareness Institute and around the world; she stays busy. I was delighted to be able to talk with on the phone. It is clear that Ann is listening. She is very present to herself and to you. With only a few short words exchanged, I felt very connected to Ann. I can’t wait to take a workshop at the Institute. – Stephanie Michele

Social Challenge of the Week

Gratitude for Your Story Challenge
Think of the people in your life that really know you and the details of your story.
How do they protect and honor the details of your story?
Reach out to each person that comes to mind and thank them for supporting and being a part of your story.

Tolerate Your Sensations (The Expansion Challenge)
When you witness something horrific in the news or in your daily experiences, notice everything you are feeling about it. Then let go of your thoughts and feeling and sit with what is left. Are you feeling something in your body? Where is it? Stay with the experience. Try not to label it or diagnose it. Then ask, “Where does this take me in my history?” Spend at least 5 minutes answering that queston.
