Social Challenge of the Week
Sequence Exploration Challenge
Not ready to make big changes in your life? Start with something small. Explore mixing up your routine. Can reordering your day give you more peace of mind, relaxation, joy or energy? Are you eating, exercizing and socializing at the best times for your life? Keep a journal tracking your daily routine and the changes you explore. Pay attention to how you feel at the end of the day when you make minor adjustments.
Bonus Challenge: Take three deep breathes to start your day and at the end of the day. As you do this in the morning, invite spirit to be with you as you go about your day. At you close the day, close down anything you carried through the day that is not serving you anymore so you can start fresh again the next day.
