5/1 Encounters Challenge

As you go about your day, it is unrealistic to expect everything will go as planned or be 100% pleasant especially when other people are involved. As the upsets happen, try to outweigh them with postive encounters you can contrubute to. If someone upsets you and you are not quite ready to let it go, give a compliment to another person, call a friend that is always there for you, take time to say thank you..etc. In short, give the kind of human encounter that you want you want recieve….it will come back to you.
