Backstory Behind Stephanie and Guest
Kathy reached out to me when I was first getting started with Relatable, due to her travel schedule it took us three years to meet. Kathy’s story of trauma and recovery is all to relatable for many people which is why I believe it is helpful for people to hear. She was determined to make a better life for herself. It was not easy but she was persistant. She believes if she can do it, so can anyone else! – Stephanie Michele
Social Challenge of the Week
Commit to the Moment Challenge
We all have wants, needs and distractions. Could the distractions be getting in the way of what is important to you? Try keeping a distraction log. It can be as simple as hashmarks on a piece of paper that you carry around with you. Compare your distraction log to what you are getting accomplished in the day and ask yourself, “Are the moments I am committing to supporting my needs and wants?”
