Description

There is information available to us at all times but you can’t google it or ask Siri, Alexa or Cortana to give it to you. No matter what you call it – intuition, grace, spiritual energy, God – there is always supportive energy around us — Can you hear it? What do you do with it? Ama Nkwa, a Medium Clairvoyant and Stephanie explore this energy on this episode of Relatable.

Show Highlights

Stephanie goes rouge from prepared monologue.

Ama shares how she started receiving messages which included a story about a message from a dog.

Ama and Stephanie talk about the importance of listening and initiating conversations.

Backstory Behind Stephanie and Guest

I met Ama through Jeroen. The redbull tagline should be Ama’s. She gives you wings!   When we first talked over the phone she somehow transferred much needed energy my way. She quickly cut through any nonsense that is preventing joy. –  Stephanie Michele

Social Challenge of the Week

The Social Challenge for the Week: “Life is Talking to You Way Beyond the Surface.”

Try to “feel” your way through a conversation. Listen. What are they saying? What are they not saying? What else are you present to? What circumstance are effecting the way you are communicating? Share that. Ask for the same. What is distracting you? Why is it distracting you? Talk about that. This challenge is the opposite of any social norms that keep conversation in the small talk zone.
