Feeling a little challenged by the news and/or your life? Give yourself a break from trying to figure things out and dedicate time to being in service to others. Volunteer, do something for friend, family member or a total stranger. Whatever you decide to do, commit at least 3 hours to service. Sometimes getting out your mind for awhile is the exact thing you need to do to feel better or see your way through a problem.
